According to ISO 14644 - 1, a clean room means a space where airborne particles are controlled and reduced to a minimum in terms of retention and production. Therefore, cleanroom inspection is a process of inspection and control with the aim of limiting the amount of particles in the air as well as the risk of contaminated components, equipment and materials during the production process.
