Warranty Policy

1. Warranty period:
The time that Logatech is responsible for receiving and resolving warranties for products that Logatech Vietnam provides. The warranty period starts from the time of delivery and is accepted by the customer.

2. Warranty conditions:
The product has all the documents about the delivery note, the purchase invoice.
The product is still in the warranty period.
The product is due to a manufacturer's fault and is confirmed by Logatech Vietnam's staff.
The product does not show signs of partial or complete disassembly or replacement of components.
The product still has the seal of the manufacturer or Logatech Vietnam intact.

3. Cases not covered by warranty:
Defective products are not caused by the manufacturer but by the user such as: using the wrong supply voltage, using the wrong features or recommended working conditions.
The products are out of warranty period.
The product is damaged due to mechanical deformation, damage caused by subjective human causes such as: dropping, breaking, impact, scratches, dents, damp, rust, water flow or fire. fire, natural disaster, electric shock, fire and explosion. Products that show signs of being tampered with, disassembled, replaced or repaired without going through Logatech.
The product shows signs of damage caused by rodents or insects.

4. Warranty process:
To ensure safety when using equipment after warranty, all products distributed by Logatech will be repaired, replaced, tested and certified at the place of manufacture.
